a lifelong fisherman and Crappie Pro, born and raised near Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri. I developed a love for fishing at a young age that turned into a forever passion. Having a good day on the water, whether it’s fishin’ a tournament or guiding someone, makes my day! The smile on my face doesn’t fade until the adrenaline wears off.
I’ve had great success over the years, winning over 100 fishing tournaments and being featured in more than 20 magazines – but mostly I’ve had the joy of guiding crappie tours since 1994. Being out on the water (and catching fish) makes me happy. My motto has always been, “If the boat doesn’t catch any crappie, the trip is free!” And I’ve never had that happen, even after all these years.

Join me in my boat to learn the art of crappie fishing! I’ll share with you my best tips, tricks and techniques. Trips are available during the week – or as otherwise dictated by weather and season. Children (10+) are welcome, and life vests are required. Trips last 4 hours and include one or two people!

Having trouble finding the fish with your fish finder or other equipment? I’ll show you the ins and outs right on the water! I explain the equipment and simplify the steps so you feel at ease finding fish on a solo trip. We take your boat and optimize your electronics right where they’re installed! Trips last 2 hours and include instruction for one or two people.

COMBO TRIP
I’ll help you learn how to best use your electronics AND we’ll fish for crappie during the same trip. I’ll share with you my tips and tricks for fishing and using your technology on the water. You provide the boat and the electronics, and I’ll bring the bait and tackle! Trips last 5 hours and include instruction for one or two people.
